The Thunder Bay Hiking Association's Executive has decided to introduce on-line registrations.
To accomplish this the executive has decided to go with Zone 4, a Canadian company from Calgary. It was also decided to raise registration fees to cover the cost of on line registrations.
New fees came into effect in the fall 2017. New fees will be $25 for a single membership and $35 for a family membership of up to four members. With this new format members will receive all correspondence via email. For those members still wishing to receive correspondence via Canada Post there will a $5 fee to cover the cost of mailing.
Those persons still wishing to pay cash for their memberships can do so only at the Annual General Meeting which takes place in September of each year. Check the Schedule for the exact date and place.
Memberships run from January 1st and end December 31st of each year. If you buy a membership in September you are considered a member until December 31st of the following year.
