SUMMARY:Kingfisher Lake Hike or Snowshoe
DESCRIPTION:We will hike or snowshoe around the Forest Demonstration Trail at Kingfisher Lake\, on the property of the Lakehead Board of Education’s Kingfisher Lake Outdoor Centre.  The trail is well-groomed\, with a combination of flat sections and gentle slopes.  We will have lunch at the lookout near North Camp.  This will be a relaxed pace hike to accommodate slow hikers\, with opportunities for naturalist interpretation.  This hike will be limited to 20 participants.   \nLevel of Difficulty: Easy\nHiking Time/Hiking Distance: 4.5 km / 2 hr\nTravel Time/Travel Distance: 62 km / 1 hr\nSuggested Gas Contribution: $5
