DESCRIPTION:Level of Difficulty: Intermediate/Difficult\nHiking Distance/Hiking Time: 8 km / 2.5 hrs.\nTravel Distance/Travel Time: 130 km / 2 hrs. \nTrailhead is 3.4 km north of Nipigon.  The wooded trail starts as a gradual climb and then circles the perimeter of Deer Lake with incredible views in all directions before returning to the trailhead.  We will do a spur trail overlooking No Good Lake.  Bring beverages and lunch\, and wear sturdy boots. Due to hunting season\, please wear appropriate bright colours.  This hike is limited to 14 participants.   Possibility of stopping at a restaurant after the hike.  Rain date is Sunday Nov. 3.

From here we will snowshoe to High Falls and possibly Middle Falls\, and return the same way.  This will be a relaxed pace snowshoe.  There is a $2.00 per vehicle parking fee at the Visitors Centre.  Bring lunch or snack\, and fluids. This hike will be limited to 20 participants.

We will hike part of the Nipigon-Red Rock Trail to Lloyd’s Lookout\, with possible option of Eagles Landing.  Bring crampons and possibly snowshoes as well as lunch and fluids.
