SUMMARY:Kingfisher Lake Snowshoe
DESCRIPTION:We will snowshoe around the Forest Demonstration Trail at Kingfisher Lake\, on the property of the Lakehead Board of Education’s Outdoor Education Centre.  The trail is well-groomed\, with a combination of flat sections and gentle slopes.  We will have lunch at the lookout near North Camp.  This hike will be relaxed pace to accommodate slow hikers\, with opportunity for Naturalist interpretation.  Bring a lunch and fluids.  This hike will be limited to 20 participants.\n\nLevel of Difficulty: Easy\nHiking Distance/Hiking Time: 4.5 km / 2 hrs.\nTravel Distance/Travel Time: 62 km / 20 min\nSuggested Gas Contribution: $5
